After the payment portal is built, it can be embedded right into your website. You choose the type of payments to accept and the level of customization.

When will I be notified that a payment was made?
An email receipt is sent directly to your company and the customer after a payment has been submitted.

When will I see the transactions post?
All transactions will be available to view on the Kotapay website immediately after the transaction is submitted by the customer.

How do I get started?

• If you haven’t already, apply for ACH and/or Credit Card Processing with Kotapay
• Submit completed Payment Portal Agreement
• Our team builds the portal and communicates any questions and preferences
• Once you approve the look of the portal, Kotapay will provide the HTML code needed to test and implement into your website
• Customers can begin submitting payments via the portal. Receipts are sent to you and the customer after payment is submitted.
