Tips for Preventing Fraud

With the recent rise in hackers and increase in payroll fraud, it's important to be diligent about preventing fraud. InterceptEFT wants to remind you of the importance of validating transaction data. All transaction information sent from your customers should be validated via a different method than it was sent to you. While this does take time and effort to do, all it will take is one fraudulent transaction being stopped to realize its importance. Learn more!

Add a Pay-Now Button to Your Website

InterceptEFT will design and build a custom payment portal to allow you to accept credit card or ACH payments via your website. Get started!

Are you debiting your clients? Be sure to update fraud filters prior to processing

Your clients may have protection features on their accounts to protect themselves against unauthorized transactions on their account. Doing so may result in your transactions not being recognized by their bank as an authorized party to debit their account. Please provide the applicable ACH ID to your clients to ensure your transactions will be processed.

Same Day ACH Transactions Effective in September

Same-day ACH transactions begin September 23rd, 2016 with credit-only transactions. Stay tuned as we learn more about this new Rule and view our FAQ.

Greg Sagedahl  Greg Sagedahl – Software Engineer
Greg has been with InterceptEFT for 12 years as a Software Engineer. His main responsibilities include designing and maintaining our PC-based products as well as the middleware of our web-facing products. In laymen's terms, he is a computer whiz! Greg and his wife, Beth, have 2 teenage boys. He enjoys woodworking, coaching and watching the North Dakota State University Bison in his free time. He is one of the biggest Bison fans you will ever meet! Such a fan that over half of his closet is NDSU gear. "Go Bison!"

Fun fact about Greg: his daily round trip commute from his home in Minnesota is 120 miles! That adds up to over 350,000 miles since he started!

Greg's favorite part of working at InterceptEFT is the challenge of starting a new project and his coworkers. He also enjoys the occasional "modeling" gig (although, he won't admit it). You may recognize him from some of our marketing materials.
