"Our team is focused on reliable, secure credit card transactions and protecting customer data," said Bryan Smith, President and Co-Founder of InterceptEFT. "Our Level 1 PCI recertification is further proof that we have the right people, a secure network, compliant procedures and continuous monitoring."

The Data Security Standard (DSS) was developed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which includes major credit card providers such as American Express, Discover Financial Services, JCB International, MasterCard Worldwide and Visa Inc.
